Today was a wierd day for quality. I got a relatively low score on my qfinity, which is basically where they record your calls and mark you down for showing personality. You have to ask every question the lawers can think of to protect the company, and somewhere in there you are allowed to answer the question the caller asked.
(Says the guy who keeps forgetting to ask all the questions) This is stupid, hence the comic.
Then, on the same day, I got a caller that was so happy with my work, he asked to tell my supervisor how great I am. So, callers are happy, but I am not asking all the lawyer questions. So, which is more important? Don't answer that.
