Interesting fact: Cookies with 1 tablespoon of baking soda = crazy delicious. Cookies without 1 tablespoon of baking soda = deadly poison. I threw away the rest. For anyone who knows me, throwing away half a batch of cookies with chocolate in them, big deal.
