- Welcome all, to "In-between Calls". I am very excited to share with you the inside scoop of what really happens on the other end of a call center phone. Only National, though. I am not touching the outsourced India calls that neither help nor can be understood. That is for another comic. 'Update' due to a promotion, Daniel Epstein (myself) will not only joke in between calls, but during appeals work as well.
